Changing an Order
Unfortunately, online and phone orders cannot be modified or canceled after submission. If you need to modify your order, please contact our Customer Service Specialist by calling 800-211-0455
Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the products back to us within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling), even if the bottles are empty. Please call us at 800-211-0455 to arrange for your return with an RMA number within 30 days. Upon receipt of the product(s), please allow us 7 business days to issue credit. We are not responsible for lost shipments and all shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Here’s how it works:
- Call Client Services to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number at 800-211-0455 Monday-Friday 8AM-8PM EST, Saturday 8AM-6PM EST
- Package your original receipt along with the RMA number and unused portion of the products.
- To receive a refund, the products must be shipped within seven days of obtaining your RMA.
We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. This insures you have a record of your shipment and guarantees you will receive a full refund. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
We will refund your credit card within seven days of receiving the empty or unused products.
Keep the receipt until the refund appears on your credit card statement. These receipts are your proof of return and act as your ‘insurance policy’ in that it guarantees you will receive a refund, even if the products are lost in the mail.
Automatic Delivery
If you choose the automatic delivery option you will receive 20% off the retail price plus S&H, and you will lock in this low price for future shipments. Every 45 days from your order date, you will receive a new Eye Silk at this same discount rate, which will be conveniently charged to the credit card you provide to us today unless you call to cancel. You may cancel at any time. Cancelling will terminate your automatic delivery program. To cancel call: 800-211-0455.
