Fitness and Your Skin

Since your overall health affects the way your skin looks, staying physically fit will keep your skin looking its best. We know that keeping fit can be a challenge, but it doesn't have to be a struggle.

Starting a new workout routine can be daunting, but don't let it get you down! Try setting small, manageable goals every day and giving yourself the credit you deserve when you accomplish them.

If you miss a workout, don't be hard on yourself. Get back out there the next day and keep going. A positive attitude will get your energy up and make working out a pleasure.

Excercise For Life
The only way to get truly physically fit is to exercise. Exercising helps you get your body in shape, lose weight, and increase your energy! Incorporate cardio, toning, and stretching into your daily routine.

Try exercising for 30 minutes per day. Your workout doesn't have to be strenuous. Keep it simple and pick activities that you enjoy: walking, bike riding, yoga, and swimming are all excellent choices. If you enjoy your workout, it will never be a chore-it'll be fun!

Almost everything is easier with a friend. Find a buddy with similar health goals and work together. Share your goals. Share your progress.
