If for any reason the product is not for you, call Relastin Customer Service at (800) 808-2624 within 14 days of the date on your packing slip included with your shipment to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). After your RMA number has been issued, you have up to 10 days to return the unused product to Relastin for a refund. Product returned or packages refused without an RMA number will not be refunded. If a package is refused upon delivery, a 20% re-stocking fee on the purchase price of the items will be applied to all refused packages.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Shipping costs to return packages to Relastin are the responsibility of the customer.

Relastin Full Retail Purchase
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with Relastin products purchased at the full retail value from our website, you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund. You must call our Customer Service department to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of the ship date. Only packages with an RMA number on the return form will be processed for a full refund. After your RMA number has been issued, you have up to 10 days to return the unused product to Revance for a refund. Product returned or packages refused without an RMA number will not be refunded. If a package is refused upon delivery, a 20% re-stocking fee on the purchase price of the items will be applied to all refused packages. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Special Offers and Gift Cards
Discounted products not purchased at the full retail price are non-refundable. Refunds will not be granted on products purchased as a group that includes a discounted or free product. Gift cards from Relastin can only be used towards future purchases at www.relastin.com and are not redeemable for cash.
Introductory $29.95 Trial with FREE SHIPPING
You will be billed $29.95 for an initial product purchase, offered on an introductory trial basis. Shipping and handling is free. Customers have 30 days to evaluate the product. If unsatisfied with the product, you must contact us within 30 days of the trial ship date on the packing slip to avoid enrollment in our Preferred Customer Program which begins on Day 31.
If you do not contact us within 30 days of the ship date, Preferred Customer Program members are billed $49.00 (29% discount) for the product starting on Day 31 and billed/shipped product every 60 days thereafter. Customers may call and cancel their continuity subscription at any time to avoid future billing and shipment of product. Any product shipped and billed after 30 period CANNOT be returned. Only future shipments will be discontinued if a package is refused upon delivery, a 20% re-stocking fee on the purchase price of the items will be applied to all refused packages. Cancellation requests are handled through our Customer Service Department ONLY by calling (800) 808-2624 or email us at customer-service@relastin.com.

Individuals who are members in our Automatic Shipment program may call and cancel their auto-ship option at any time to avoid future billing and shipment of product. Revance Therapeutics is not liable for unauthorized product sale transactions, the product's condition acquired from that unauthorized sale or any negative effects that said product may have on the user.
